For those of you who are looking for beaches with waves that are more "friendly" on the edge of the Indian Ocean, here is the place. The location of the beach is behind the Banana Island, making the waves a bit "tame". But you have to stay alert.

And no less cool, Tembakak Beach also has quite beautiful coral rock formations. Because of its size and location, you can visit directly to these rocks. But still be careful, because it is very slippery. Another uniqueness? The sandstone is black.
From here you can rent a boat to visit Pisang Island, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature, away from urban noise. And, don't forget the panoramic views of the beach and the greenery of the forest, which will make you feel like you were on Gili Trawangan in the past.

How does it feel to swim in a natural pool surrounded by towering rocks on the left and right with a view of Mount Krakatoa in the distance? Come and feel it for yourself.

This beach protrudes to land with charming rock layers surround it. This rock layer protects the beach from the swift current of the waves so that at low tide the beach turns into a private natural swimming pool!
But you must remain vigilant and do not enter this "private swimming pool" during high tide.

The rock that surrounds the beach itself will amaze us. So, make sure you bring a waterproof camera to be satisfied capturing it.
It is said that this beach was named Tapak Kera because many monkeys used to use this beach as a place to rest. Unfortunately now the monkeys have never been seen again.
